The Moose Jaw Police Service has arrested 56-year-old Todd Donaldson in connection with the death of 42-year-old Tiffani Ellert, who had been reported missing by her family on December 14, 2025.

On December 18, 2025, officers responded to a South Hill residence where Ellert was found deceased. Police deemed the death suspicious and launched an investigation.

Following the probe, Donaldson was charged with second-degree murder. He appeared in Moose Jaw Provincial Court today and has been remanded until January 29, 2026. Authorities confirmed Ellert’s next of kin have been notified, and the investigation is ongoing, with no further details released.
