Moncton police said a woman in her 30’s was found dead in a home on April 6th. The name of the victim has not been released due to a publication ban.

Rejean Gautreau, 38,  of Moncton was arrested on April 8th and has been charged with second-degree murder.

No other information has been made public at this time.

RCMP have released the identity of the victim as Naomi Bartlette, 33.
