Regina police dispatched to a residence on the 4800 block of Sherwood Drive for the report of a firearms offense on May 12th at approximately 1:50 p.m.
On arrival police located 22 year-old Everett Wolfe ROBERTS-ORR, of Regina, suffering from serious injuries on the driveway. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police said two males who were arrested and charged.
24-year-old Isaiah James DUSTYHORN of Regina is charged with the following:
- Second-Degree Murder [CC 235(1)].
A 17 year-old youth, who cannot be named in keeping with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with the following:
- Second-Degree Murder [CC 235(1)]; and
- Fail to Comply [137 YCJA]
A Canada wide warrant has been issued for Reshaun Norman COTE, 22.
Reshaun Norman COTE of Regina, is described as male, approximately 6’0” tall, medium build, short brown hair, and brown eyes. COTE has angel wing tattoos on both sides of his neck.

COTE is facing charges of:
- Second-Degree Murder [CC 235(1)].

Attempts to locate Reshaun Norman COTE have been unsuccessful. COTE is likely armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
Update: On Tuesday, January 8, 2025, police located and arrested 22 year-old Reshaun Norman COTE. As a result, COTE is charged with: Second-Degree Murder.
In December, COTE was listed as number nine on the national BOLO Top 25 Most Wanted List.
