Lloydminster RCMP responded to reports of shots being fired on April 27th at approximately 7:40pm, in the area of 56 Avenue and 31 Street.

Police arrived to find Raymond Dumont, 32, deceased in the vehicle. 28-year-old Christopher Andrew Hermkens was arrested in Calgary and charged with one count of first-degree murder. 

Update, June 5th
Mark Moran, 33, was arrested on May30th and charged with first degree murder in relation to the death of Raymond Dumont.
