Peel police received a call for an unconscious man located on the roadway at Gant Crescent and Galesway Boulevard in Mississauga on July 9th at approximately 8:30 a.m.

Police arrived to find 39-year-old Orlando Donaldson suffering from “obvious signs of trauma”. Despite lifesaving efforts, he died of his injuries at the hospital.

Victor Alvarado, 36, of Mississauga, has been arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder. Police said the victim and accused were known to each other.
