Vaughan, Ontario 2026 Homicide Victim List

According to the York Regional Police Homicide Unit, officers were called to a home near Kaiser Drive and Forest Drive on May 13, 2026, at around 5:30 p.m. following reports of gunfire in the area.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found two men outside the residence suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite emergency efforts, both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

The victims have since been identified by the Office of the Chief Coroner as 49-year-old Pasquale Casciato and 34-year-old Christian Belsito, both residents of Vaughan.

Investigators confirmed that both men died as a result of gunshot injuries and believe the shooting was a targeted attack.

According to reports, Casciato was a member of Satan’s Choice Motorcycle Club, and was a former member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.

On May 28, 2026, investigators executed search warrants at properties in Toronto, Windsor, and Hamilton. During the searches, officers seized four firearms, including one loaded gun, an extended magazine, and materials believed to be used in the construction of explosive devices. Items recovered included a detonator, a pipe, bolts, and Tannerite.

As a result of the investigation, 27-year-old Michele Moscone of Toronto has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, arson causing property damage, and several firearms- and explosives-related offences.

Fifty-five-year-old Glen Mousseau of Windsor has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder, arson causing property damage, and multiple firearms offences.

Police were also seeking 48-year-old Gerard Murray of Windsor, who is wanted on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of arson causing property damage. Investigators said Murray is known to travel throughout southwestern Ontario between Windsor and the Greater Toronto Area.

On June 4, 2026, the third suspect, Gerard MURRAY, 48, of the City of Windsor, was arrested in Windsor. He is charged with two counts of First-Degree Murder and Arson Causing Property Damage.

The investigation remains ongoing.
