Update December 3rd, 2019
Brandon Teixeira was arrested yesterday in Oroville, California by US agencies. The IHIT said the next step is extradition proceedings handled by the US Dept of Justice.
It has been reported that Teixeira and another man, left the home when police served the warrant on December 1st, got into a vehicle and tried to flee. During the attempted escape, Teixeira rammed an armored vehicle with his vehicle. Once Teiceira’s vehicle was disabled he refused police orders and the K9 unit was used to apprehend him.
