 Truro Police responded to the report of an unresponsive man in an apartement located at 125 Arthur St. in Truro on November 21st.

Police arrived to find Troy Douglas Whidden, 53, deceased in his unit. The cause of death has not been released by police.

As a result of the investigation police arrested Nathan Joseph Knockwood, 31, on November 23rd. Knockwood was in police custody overnight, and was charged November 24th with second-degree murder.
