Montreal police responded to a 911 report of an injured person in an alley near Logan and Dufresne Streets, in the city’s Centre-Sud neighbourhood, on January 13th at approximately 7:50am.

On arrival, police located a 30-year-old man inside a parked truck. Const. Véronique Dubuc said the man sustained at least one gunshot to the upper body. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police have not released the identity of the victim at this time.
