Montreal police responded to a domestic call at an apartment near des Oblats and Bergevin streets in LaSalle on March 21st.

Police and paramedics located Rebekah Harry, 29, seriously injured. She was taken to hospital where she died of her injuries on March 23rd.

The victim’s 32-year old boyfriend, Brandon McIntyre, was taken into custody and was charged with aggravated assault and breaching conditions. His assault charge was upgraded to second-degree murder on March 26th.
