Montreal police responded to an apartment building near Workman and Canning St in the city’s Sud-Ouest borough on July 3rd on the report of an injured man in a car.

Police and Paramedic arrived on scene located a 21-year-old man suffering from gunshot injuries. Despite life saving efforts the man died of a gunshot to the upper body. The victim’s identity has not been released at this time.

No arrests have been made.
