St. Paul RCMP responded to a 911 call to assist EMS with a male who was located outside an apartment building on August 1st at approximately 3:09am.

Despite lifesaving efforts the 29-year-old male was pronounced at the scene. The victim’s identity and cause of death has not been released at this time.

Medeline Delver-Cardinal (28) of St. Paul was arrested at the scene and charged with second degree murder.

RCMP said they are not seeking any other suspects and this was not a random incident.
