Police said Travis Rosseau, 34, of Picton was found dead in his home on March 11th. OPP said an autopsy was performed and revealed that Rosseau died from lethal levels of carfentanil.

A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged with manslaughter and trafficking an opioid. The accused made his first court appearance in Bellville on July 12th.
