Quebec City Police were called to a building on Napoleon St on September 30th at approximately 2:45pm.

Police arrived at the rooming house to find a man in his 40’s suffering from multiple stab wounds to the upper body. The victim who has been identified as David Frigon, 42,  was pronounced deceased at the scene.
