Smoky Lake police responded to report of a deceased male in the Paradise Cove area on June 19th at approximately 11:30pm.

Police located the man who was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy performed revealed that the death was a homicide.

The name of the victim and the cause of death will not be released at this time.
