Gympsumville RCMP investigate the homicide of a 34-year-old man in Lake St. Martin First Nation

Gympsumville RCMP responded to the report of an injured male at a residence in Lake St. Martin First Nation on March 2nd at approximately 6:20 pm.

 On arrival police located an injured 34-year-old male in the residence. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim’s identity and cause of death have not been released, however, police said his death is a homicide.

Update
Gilbert Woodhouse, 28, was arrested, on March 4th and charged with Second-degree murder.
