Police responded to reports of gunfire on May 12th at approximately 10:30pm.

Sûreté du Québec said 42-year-old Éric Chabot was found dead outside a home on Asselin Street near Ubald-Chartrand Street in the Lachenaie district. The victim was known to police, and no arrests have been made at this time.
