Edmonton police investigating a suspicious death in the Oliver neighbourhood.

Edmonton police responded to a 911 call regarding a family dispute just after 10 a.m., on December 3rd.

Police and paramedics arrived at the home located in the area of 103 Avenue and 115 Street to find a 45-year-old man in medical distress, lying on the ground outside of an apartment complex.

The man was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. No other information has been released at this time.

Police are searching for Michael Tyrel Arnold, 31, of Edmonton, in connection to the Dec. 3, 2019, death of Arthur Charles Edward Beauchamp. Arnold is described as a white, approximately 5’9” and 166 pounds with red hair and green eyes. He also has a broken front tooth and a scar on his chin. Anyone with information regarding Arnold’s whereabouts is advised not to approach him and is urged to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567.

Arnold was charged with second-degree murder in relation to the 2019 homicide of 45-year-oldArthur Charles Edward Beauchamp in Edmonton. According to CBC, that charge was stayed after a preliminary hearing in November 2020, the reasoning behind this is unknown.
