Maskwacis RCMP responded to assist EMS with a severely injured male on July 28th at approximately 10:50 p.m on the Montana First Nation.

The victim, 23-year-old Joshua Dennehy was located outside a residence and was declared deceased on scene. Police determined that the death was suspicious and the RCMP Major Crimes Unit took carraige of the investigation

On July 30th RCMP announced that Dylon Samuel Saddleback, 19, was arrested without incident and charged with second degree murder in the death of 23-year-old Joshua Dennehy of the Montana First Nation.
