DRP West Division responded to a report of a shooting on November 11th at approximately 4:25am at a home on Pemby Dr in Ajax.

Police and paramedics located a man suffering from serious injures. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Update: The victim has been identified as Maurice FULLERTON, age 33 of Pembry Drive in Ajax. Devin MANDLEY-BYER, age 22, Trevor KOTZMA, age 25 and Michael RODGERS, age 25 were arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
