Police received a call on April 9th at around 10 a.m about a fire in Northwood Park in Toronto.
Officers arrived to find a body of a man in the fire pit. Investigators are focusing on trying to identify the man.
Police believe the homicide was targeted and the body was burned to conceal his identity.

Toronto police have identified the man found dead in a North York fire pit through DNA testing as Julio Cesar Soto 29.
