OPP responded to an assault at a home on Whyte Avenue in the evening of July 13th, where they located David Sinclair, age 28 of Kenora, deceased at the scene.

As a result of the investigation Tyler Mitchell, age 22 of Winnipeg, Manitoba has been arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder. 

OPP has issued a warrant for the arrest of Wayne Gainer “G” Kejick, age 39 of Kenora. Kejick is wanted on a charge of Second Degree Murder. He is described as Indigenous, 5′ 10” tall weighing 207 lbs with brown eyes and a recently shaved bald head.
