London police and EMS responded to a 911 report of an assault at an address on Hansuld Street on July 23rd at approximately 9:30 pm.

Emergency crews located Robert Cecil Joshua-Burke, 33, of London in medical distress. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. An autopsy conducted on July 25th revealed the manner of death to be a homicide.

Adrian Julian Toussaint, 26, of London was arrested on August 2nd, and charged with manslaughter.
