OPP were dispatched to a home on Kinlin Road in Tweed on the morning of August 12th on report of a deceased male.

Police located the 53 year old man, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the death have not been released at this time.

Police said that they have arrested a 36 year old male. No charges have been laid at this time.

Update August 17th
OPP have charged Samuel Koch 36 with first degree murder in relation to the death of Dartt MacPherson 53. The cause of death has not been released.
