Windsor police responded to a report of an injury at a hotel located in the 2800 block of Howard Avenue on October 1st at approximately 12:30am.

Police said a 36-year-old man had been seriously injured after dropping from the second floor of the building. The victim died in hospital on October 2nd.

The case has been classified as a homicide investigation by the Major Crimes Branch. Robert Legebow, 19, of Windsor has been charged with second degree murder.
