Toronto police responded to a shooting in the Connaught Avenue and Chelmsford Avenue area on February 17th at approximately 3:17pm.

Police arrived to find Bryson Kyle Murle, 33, of Toronto, suffering from a gunshot wound inside a home. Officers provided life-saving measures, however, Murle was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Police arrested Spiros Tsakopoulos, 44, of Toronto at the scene and charged him with Second Degree Murder.
