An altercation between Montreal brothers turns fatal

Police were called to an apartment on Léger Boulevard in Montreal on October 5th at approximately 11:30pm.

On arrival Police found a 62 year old man suffering from severe head trauma. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. The victims 64 year old brother was arrested at the scene.

Police said no weapons were used. Montreal police spokesperson Raphaël Bergeron statd the incident is Montreal’s 18th homicide of the year. Police have not released the charges against the 64 year old man.

3 found dead at Adam & Eve naturalist campsite

Surete du Quebec were called to the gruesome scene of the suspected double murder suicide involving a rifle on Monday June 12th at the naturalist campground in Sainte-Brigitte-des-Brandon.

The victims have been identified as Suzanne Gareau, 50, Rodrigue Tremblay, 77, and Denys Carpentier, 76. Police believe that Carpentier shot both his ex wife Gareau and her new lover Tremblay before turning the gun on himself.


Yannick Larose gunned down in broad daylight

Police are searching for two suspects after Yannick Larose was gunned down at 10:45 am on March 21 in Terrebonne.

The shooting took place in the parking lot of a plaza where it has been said that Larose 42, was fleeing from the suspects and tried to enter a store in the plaza. The suspects were wearing ski masks.

Larose was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police believe the homicide may be linked to organized crime.
