Saskatoon Homicide #9 – 52-year-old Noreen Moore found dead in an Avenue V South apartment.

Saskatoon police were dispatched to check on the welfare of a woman in an apartment in the 200 block of Avenue V South on July 5th at approximately 4:30 pm.

Police arrived to find a 52-year-old Noreen Moore deceased in the residence. An autopsy was conducted on July 10th and revealed the death to be a homicide. Police have not released the cause of death at this time. CBC News reported that family members confirmed the victim’s identity to be Noreen Victorine Moore.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Police at 306-975-8300 and ask to speak to a member of the Major Crimes Section or call Crime Stoppers.

Update July 22
Trent Ty Moore, 32, of Moose Jaw has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of his 52-year-old mother.
