Saskatoon Police Service, along with paramedics responded to an injured male in the 200 block of Avenue K South on April 20th at approximately 9:30pm.
The victim, Robin Godfrey, 32, was located suffering from gunshot wounds in the open courtyard of the apartment /condo complex. Godfrey was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
On May 2nd Jamie Terrence Halkett 27, was arrested outside of the city and taken into custody. Police have not released what charges Halkett is facing at this time.

Jamie Halkett pleaded guilty to manslaughter in provincial court on April 27th 2020.
