RCMP investigate a murder-suicide at a Meadow Lake SK campground

Meadow Lake RCMP received a request for a welfare check on a woman at the campground approximately 2:10pm on August 30th. They then received multiple reports of gunshots at 2:44 p.m.

RCMP said a 34-year-old woman from Flying Dust First Nation was found deceased outside a camper-trailer in the Meadow Lake Lions Regional Park on August 30th.

A 34-year-old man, the victim’s estranged husband, from Thunderchild First Nation was found dead by suicide inside the camper-trailer.

According to paNOW.com Charlene Graham was a mother to two children and an elementary school teacher who was trying to leave an abusive relationship.
