Missing 45-year-old Guelph man found deceased, four people charged

Guelph Police Service began a missing person investigation involving a 45-year-old Guelph male named Kenny (The last name has not been released) on October 8th. Investigators said he was last seen the first week of October in the area of Guelph Street.

Investigators said his body was found outside of the city by Guelph Police Service officers. His death is being investigated as a homicide. 

Guelph police announced on November 2nd that a 43-year-old Guelph male, 39-year-old Guelph male and 47-year-old Guelph female have been arrested for accessory after the fact to murder. They are to appear in court on November 3rd.

A 37-year-old Guelph male was arrested Thursday November 2nd. He is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

Update: July 25th, 2024 – As a result of the ongoing investigation, the three males have additionally been charged with offering an indignity to a dead body and the female has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to that same charge.
