Huntsville police were called to a home on Aspdin Road, April 13th at around 8:30 pm on report of an assault.

Police and Paramedics located the victim, 45 year old Michel Earl at the scene and transferred him to a local hospital where he died of his injuries.

Charles Hayhoe of Huntsville, Ontario has been arrested and charged with second degree murder.
