Update: Kamar Macintosh shot to death in Mississauga

Peel Police were called to the area of Hurontario Street and King Street in Mississauga on April 27th at approximately 3:26pm on report of a shooting.

Police arrived to find 19 year old Kamar Macintosh suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Macintosh was rushed to hospital where he died of his injured.

Update: On May 3rd a 17 year old young offender was arrested and charged with first degree murder.

Peel police have issued a warrant for the arrest of:
1 . Shamar Lawson Meredith, 18, is described as male, black, 6’0” feet tall, 180 pounds, with a thin build, dark complexion.

2. Thulani Chizanga, 19, is described as male, black, 5’9” feet tall, 159 pounds, with a thin build, dark complexion, black afro-styled hair, right handed, has a mole on his lower lip.

Update: Chief Jennifer Evans said in a press conference that Thulani Chizanga has turned himself in, and the search for Shamar Lawson Meredith continues.
