Saint-Hyacinthe police responded to the report of an injured man outside a vehicle, in the parking lot of an apartment building on rue Roulea at 7.15 a.m on September 9th.
Police and paramedics arrived to find 40-year-old Jimmy Pelletier suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Police said Pelletier lived at the aparetment building where he was shot.
According to bikershoot.com, Pelletier was a convicted drug dealer who had ties to the Hells Angels.
Valérie Beauchamp sergeant spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec said “For the moment, the investigation is being carried out by the Service for Investigating Crimes against the Person and in order not to interfere with the smooth running of it, we will not give more information”
