Coaldale RCMP responded to a report of discovered human remains located near Range Road 225 and Township Road 92, in Lethbridge County on October 24th at approximately 5:00pm.

An autopsy was conducted on October 26th and the deceased has been identified as 34-year-old Tia Blood, of Lethbridge, who was reported missing on Oct. 19, 2022.

Hunter Alexander Frank, 20, of Lethbridge, was arrested in relation to this investigation. Frank has been charged with:

· Offering an indignity to human remains

· Theft under $5000 (x2)

The investigation is ongoing, and it is believed that Tia passed away on the night of Oct. 19 or Oct. 20, 2022. RCMP are looking to speak to anyone who may have seen a teal green tarp on the west side of Range Road 225, along the fence line, any time after Oct. 19.
