Emanuelle D’Amours 24, who lived in Moonbeam, was found dead in a home on Cartier St. in Kapuskasing on February 18.

Police said they were called to the home in morning of February 18 to investigate a suspicious death.

OPP report they have charged Patrick Carignan 30, with second degree murder. The cause of death and the relationship between the two has not been disclosed.
