York Regional Police responded to a report of a deceased woman at a residence in the area of Hoover Park Drive and Ninth Line in Whitchurch-Stouffville, on February 2nd, 2019.

The investigation into the death of the 28-year-old woman revealed the cause of death was the result of the use of fentanyl.

On June 12, 2019, Police arrested and charged:
