The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is reporting that 30 year old Bikramjit Khakh was shot to death in a Surrey, BC residence on 58A Avenue. The shooting occurred around 7:15 pm on Friday.

This is the first homicide of 2019. Surrey had 15 homicides in 2018 and 11 in 2017.
