York Region police investigate the murder of Noran Leslie-Durrant

 York Regional Police responded to the report of an injured person at a residence on John Street, in the area of King Road west of Keele Street on June 17th at approximately 5:45 p.m.

On arrival police located 24-year-old Noran Leslie-Durrant, suffering from stabbing injuries.  The victim was transported to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

As a result of the investigation, Officers have arrested Kimberly GRAHAM, 57, of the Township of King and charged her with Accessory After the Fact.

Police believe the homicide was a targeted incident and do not believe there is a concern for public safety. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at 1-866-876-5423 ext. 7865.
