Winnipeg Police are asking the public for information regarding a homicide that took place the night of Saturday February 26th.
Downtown General Patrol officers responded to a report of a man in critical condition near Maryland Street and Wellington Avenue at approximately 11:20 pm. Kevin Delaney Flett, 26, was transported to hospital and succumbed to his injuries after receiving emergency care. Police are awaiting the autopsy results to determine cause of death.
Update April 16th
The Homicide Unit has identified the suspect as Tyron Custer HARPER, 30 years old, who is wanted for 2nd Degree Murder.
