Winnipeg police and emergency personnel responded to a report of an injured female at a residential building in the 500 block of Balmoral Street, on September 21, 2019, at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Police arrived to find Norma Andrews, 28, deceased. Police have not released any information surrounding the death, only saying The investigation is continuing by members of the Homicide Unit.
