Milles Anthony Ramirez turned himself into Winnipeg police on December 27th at 4:20pm claiming that he had murdered a family member.

Police and paramedics attended the 100 block of Highwater Path and found Reynaldo Ramirez, 57, with stab wound injuries. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. deceased.

Milles Anthony Ramirez, 31, has been charged with second degree murder.
