Windsor police responded to a call from a woman at 810 Ouellette ave on December 3rd at around 7am. police arrived to find the victim, the woman and a man in the suite.

The victim was without vitals and was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Jordan Ganovicheff 32 was arrested and charged with first degree murder.
