The 2021 Vancouver Homicide Victim List is available here

Vancouver police responded to the Arco Hotel at Pender and Abbott streets on March 17th at approximately 3:00am.

Police arrived at the downtown east side social housing building where they located Shania Paulson, 24, suffering from a gunshot wound. She was rushed to hospital where she died of her injuries.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call VPD’s Homicide Unit at 604-717-2500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
