Stephen RCMP were called to a home on Route 170 for a report of a sudden death on November 23rd at approximately 10:00am.

On arrival police located a deceased man and woman. An autopsy was performed and revealed that the woman’s death was the result of a homicide. The deceased man then died as a result of a self-inflicted wound. A firearm was recovered at the scene.
