Rocky Mountain House RCMP responded to a report of a shooting indecent where a man had been injured on August 27th at approximately 8:16pm.

 Troy Beaverbones, 23, was found suffering from serious injuries and was rushed to hospital by STARS air ambulance, where he died of his injuries.

RCMP arrested a 27-year-old man and charged him with second-degree murder, break and enter, breach of probation and failure to appear. The accused was arrested after a break and enter at O’Chiese First Nation Community Centre on August 27th.
