Toronto police attended 88 Redpath Avenue for a suspicious incident call on December 9th at approximately 2:04pm.

According to reports Toronto police received a complaint for a suspicious incident in an apartment unit. On arrival police were met at the door to the unit by a man who refused them entry. Upon gaining entry to the unit, police located Inderpreet Singh Manget, 28, of Toronto deceased. An autopsy was completed and determined the manner of death to be a homicide. The cause of death has not been released.

Theodore Ramsey, 30, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
