Toronto police responded to a report of a stabbing at a complex at King Street West and Jameson Avenue shortly before 200 p.m on December 23rd.
Police and paramedics arrived to find Andrew Downs, 51, suffering from a serious stab wound. The victim was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police arrested Dale Nelson, 31 and of Toronto, and charged him with Second Degree Murder.
