Toronto police were called to a report of an altercation between two men on August 2th between parking lots of 2305 Markham Road and 20 Melham Court. at approximately 12:48pm.

Police reported that two men were seen in a physical altercation and one man was seen running southbound from the location.

Police attended the area and found Cecil Graham, 49, of Toronto, suffering from serious injuries. Graham died a short time later.

Garfield Chambers, 43, of Toronto, is wanted for Second-Degree Murder, in relation to the death of Cecil Graham.

Update September 5th
Toronto police arrested Garfield Chambers, 43, on September 4, 2018, at 11 p.m. Chambers has been charged with second degree murder.
