Update, Charges Laid: Toronto Homicide #61, 2019 – Antonio Fiorda dies after being shot at an Etobicoke Plaza

Toronto police responded to reports of gunfire at 1750 The Queensway, at 12:47 p.m. on November 4th.

Police and paramedics arrived to find Antonio Fiorda, 50, of Maple ON, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Fiorda was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

No arrests have been made and Police are looking to speak with people who heard or saw anything out of the ordinary, in the morning or early afternoon hours of Monday, November 4, 2019. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416 808-7400.

Tuesday, May 19, 2020, Toronto police arrested Saaid Mohiadin, 29, of Toronto. He has been charged with one count of First Degree Murder. Jordan Thompson, 18, of Toronto, was also arrested. He has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder. Both men are scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at 10 a.m., via video at 2201 Finch Avenue West, room 204.
